  I want to write a good review, I really do. Every time my family goes, my wife and daughter get exactly what they want and the food is good. I on the other hand, always order one of the most basic menu items, and it's always terrible. Sorry Swiss Chalet, but this has happened on three separate occasions.

  Waited 40 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready at 5:15 only to be told that they were out of my order. No apology, no compensation, just was asked "What do you want to do?" Never have I seen a more disorganized and chaotic restaurant. Couldn't pay me to go back.

  Fyi , managers use their phones to communicate , don't judge when a person is on their phone until you get the facts straight and take photos....pure ignorance ! its not 1995!!

  Got seated and almost 45min later waiter finally ask what we wanted. Horrible service never will go there again. There are other and better places in st.thomas to eat. Only use these guys as a last resort
