I've ordered from this Pizza Pizza a few times now and it's always been fantastic. The pizza is always piping hot and fresh and the customer service is great! The delivery drivers are always very friendly and appreciative when you tip! The last time we ordered they forgot three dips. Normally I wouldn't complain but we had people over and we ordered enough dips for everyone. When we called, they sent someone out right away with our three missing dips!

Used to love this store, however, the last two visits, we've ordered our pizza and came back when it should have been ready... and then watched our pizza sit in the box, ready to go, on top of the pizza oven.. for 10 minutes while staff ignored us... Then to be told.. "Oooh your pizza has been ready this whole time" like we, the customers should have known that our pizza was ready getting cold.. and grabbed our own pizza off the pizza oven.. behind the counter ourselves? Really?
