- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor Customer Service. Hired for my wedding. My late night food never arrived. I called the staff and they came back to the venue and informed me that I never ordered late night food. Of course I did order the food and was very upset at being told I was in the wrong. It was not until over a week later after I contacted the owner that I finally received an apology. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had the opportunity to experience Kathy's Catering from a number of different angles; as a client, as a recipient for their services and as a host location where they provided the catering. At every occasion they provided excellent food and service. They go to great lengths to meet your food and budgetary requirements and the staff is well trained and courteous.
