  Cozy yet spacious, vintage-style tin ceiling and an atmosphere of warmth. Comfortable seating, a faux fireplace and books, friendly staff, great dessert selection and not a bad choice for a quick lunch.

  Considering prices, very surprised that a large dirty iced Chai in the form of their Chai chiller with a long shot of espresso would warrant a price of $9.10. Especially in light of fact that most of their drinks are created at touch of a button. Where if wanted that quality there are options such as Timmies, McDonald's or any other fast food chain. Thankfully room nice, albeit understandably quiet.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Not only am I disgusted with how the bosses treated their staff but the way they treated their customers is just as horrific. Priti is extremely rude and inconsiderate of anyone's personal preferences, she is constantly insulting employees are bringing them down in front of customers. They are constantly over your shoulder telling you what you are doing wrong and do not follow shelf life procedures what so ever. They do not pay you properly and many employees have left due to them idocking their pay without consent. The customers are served old and rotten smelling soup, rock hard muffins, week old cheesecake, week old iced coffee, slimy turkey, chunky creamer and molded yogurt cups. They REFUSE to give refunds and won't let you choose something else if you are unhappy with your purchase (who would even want to half the stuff is revolting) and they purposely over charge customers unless confronted on the price. If napkins, cup sleeves or unused product is left on the table the employees are to reuse it for the next customer, and they have limitations on the wifi and turn if off at 9 o'clock while they are open until 11, there is only two working outlets for laptops because they others ones were removed. Honestly the list goes on and on. District managers have came in and threw out multiple expired items that were being served to customers but they got an award for the month of April even though they were in India, so the whole franchise is absolutely clueless. They also do not have a back door which is not safe. This place should be shut down!!! I do not recommend EVER eating here.
