This is the WORST McDonalds I've ever been to. They're incredibly slow and screw up your order regularly

Very nice McDonald's. It is the nicest I have ever been to throughout all of North America! Very clean and nice to go and hang out

I was a difficult customer today; I came in with a Cow Milk Protein allergy. I.e. no dairy. They did their best and were willing to accommodate, but it's clear that they have no training nor help from corporate to serve people like me. They had no allergens quick lookup chart, no easily accessible ingredient lists, no real way to know with certainty that any given food is completely dairy free. Such a contrast to Chipotle, where yesterday they produced a card that listed their menu vs common allergens, and I could quickly find a food that is safe for me to eat.

Slowwwwwww drive thru and slow inside. Always busy always slow. Order machine doesn't seem to make things any better. Gourmet burgers are a joke.
